If you showed me picture #2 a year ago when I took picture #1, I wouldn’t believe it.. Sometimes I still don’t.. To endure a journey so testing & to watch it start to come to pass right in front of you is literally the most rewarding feeling I think that you can ever have.  
The first few months were hard.. I wasn’t seeing the results I wanted in the time I wanted.. Then I realized what was wrong; I wasn’t working hard enough. It’s simple science: calories in, calories out. There is no trick. It’s hard and it sucks, but the feeling of putting on that size small bikini… is worth every tear, every drop of sweat, and every time you have to say no to what you want in the present for what you want in the future.
To date, I’ve lost 66 pounds.. I still have about 10-12 pounds to lose.. and I’m not quitting until I get there.
If I’ve learned anything for certain, it’s that people won’t pity you, people won’t do it for you, & people won’t make you do it for yourself.. You have to want it like you want to live. You have to make conscious decisions daily.. You have to keep your eyes fixed on your goal, & don’t be afraid to miss out on things now, because believe me, you’ll make up for them 10 fold later. I’m finally living my life, for what feels like the first time.. Never give up.
